Contact My IP
Questions, corrections and reports about My IP are welcome. You can contact the website directly by email in English or Portuguese.

My IP is developed and maintained by João Edson Nunes Pereira, an information technology professional. Messages are reviewed to help improve the accuracy, reliability and usability of the website's IP, DNS, WHOIS, reverse DNS and subnet tools.
Reporting a technical problem
If a tool is not loading, returns an error or displays an unexpected result, include the page address, the name of the tool, the device and browser used, and a short description of what happened. If an error message appeared, include its exact text. These details make it easier to reproduce and investigate the problem.
You may include a screenshot after removing private or confidential information. Never send passwords, authentication codes, access tokens, private keys or payment information.
Suggesting a content correction
Network standards, operating systems and public data services change over time. If you find an instruction that no longer matches a device, a technical explanation that needs more context or a link that does not work, identify the page and the passage that should be reviewed. When possible, include a reliable technical source supporting the correction.
Suggested corrections are evaluated before publication. A request does not guarantee that a page will be changed, but reproducible errors and well-supported updates are prioritized.
Questions about IP location
My IP displays approximate location information supplied by IP geolocation databases. The website cannot manually move an IP address to another city or change the records maintained by an Internet provider or a third-party geolocation company. If your result is inaccurate, read Why Is My IP Location Wrong? for common causes and practical next steps.
Privacy questions
For questions about technical data, cookies, analytics, advertising or third-party services used by the website, first review the Privacy Policy. If your question is not answered there, send an email with the subject line "Privacy request" and describe the specific page or service involved.
My IP does not provide visitor accounts. Requests involving information controlled by another service provider may need to be directed to that provider because My IP cannot access or modify another company's records.
Responsible security reports
If you believe you found a security problem on My IP, send a clear description of the issue, the affected page and the steps needed to reproduce it. Do not access data that does not belong to you, disrupt the service, run destructive tests or publicly disclose a suspected vulnerability before it can be reviewed.
Advertising and general inquiries
General feedback, accessibility reports and legitimate advertising or business inquiries can be sent to the same email address. Please use a descriptive subject line so the purpose of the message is clear. Unsolicited bulk messages, link-exchange requests and requests to publish misleading content may not receive a response.
Before sending sensitive information
Email is not a secure place for secrets. Do not send passwords, full identification documents, banking information, private network credentials or confidential business data. For an IP or DNS error, provide only the minimum technical information needed to explain the issue.
